1. You can see Pyramid Head twice in SH0 – in the paintings in the burning Dahlia's house and in the room 503 of the Riverside Motel.

2. Artaud Theater is named in honor of a French playwright, actor and theater director Antonin Artaud who created a conception called "Theatre of Cruelty".

3. SH0 has a few goofs. For example, you see this building as Williams Warehouse early in the game; when you approach it later, however, it changes to Allen Storage. Also, the stairs disappear.

4. The original version of SH0 by the US Climax division featured Pyramid Head & his background story depicting him as a cannibal cook in a motel. When the project was handed over to the UK studio, they replaced him with the Butcher.

5. At the top of the staircase across the Alchemilla Hospital, Travis can find moth cocoons. In SH1, Harry fights with the Floatstinger on the roof at the same spot.

6. Climax beside Origins & SM also developed a Silent Hill demo featuring Travis for PS3 which was discarded in favor of the next-gen series installment by The Collective (Double Helix) studio.
