1. Michael J. Bassett planned to film several subway scenes for Silent Hill: Revelation 3D, but they got cut for budget reasons.

2. The red shoe, used to solve a puzzle in Silent Hill 3, can also be seen in Silent Hill: Revelation during a scene at the motel Jack's Inn.

3. After the credits there is a short scene featuring Pyramid Head.

4. In the first proposal for the title sequence of SH Revelation the camera was supposed to be carried, crushed, pushed and thrown by creatures in a rollercoaster sequence. You can see a glimpse of the original idea in the last animated shot of the final sequence.
